Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations, building and maintaining relationships with distributors and clients, and achieving sales targets within their designated area. Tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and identifying growth opportunities to expand Clear's market presence. The role requires effective leadership and team management to drive performance and meet company objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop result-driven sales strategies
- Excellent relationship-building and client management abilities
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Proficiency in communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Experience in the FMCG industry or related sectors is an advantage
- Proven track record of working effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
