Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for an Area Sales Manager. The role involves managing and expanding the assigned sales territory by building relationships with distributors, retailers, and clients. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, managing a team of sales representatives, and creating strategies to drive revenue growth. The Area Sales Manager will also analyze market trends, maintain competitor awareness, and enhance brand presence in the market.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to develop strategies for market penetration and revenue growth
- Experience in building and maintaining client relationships, particularly in retail and HoReCa sectors
- Excellent leadership and team management skills to guide and support sales representatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess market trends and develop solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in presenting and reporting
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Experience in the beverage or FMCG industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
