Job Title: Areal Sales Manager – For Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan.
Base Location: Ahmedabad

Reporting To: Sales Head
Role Overview
The Area Sales Manager (ASM) will be responsible for driving sales growth, setting up & expanding
distribution, and building strong partner base for Chkokko products across Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh
and Rajasthan. The role involves appointing new distributors, managing channel partners, developing
new markets, and executing strategic business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Management
Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory (primary & secondary sales)
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue
Drive volume growth and market share expansion
2. Business Development /Network Expansion
Identify new business partners, opportunities and channels to grow business.
Building distributor network across the territory assigned.
Identify and appoint new regional chains, institutional partners in untapped markets
Launch new products and ensure successful market penetration
Build relationships with key clients and take initiatives to increase brand business & visibility.
3.Team Management
Set KPIs and monitor team performance
Conduct regular field visits and performance reviews
5. Channel & Trade Management
Manage distributor ROI, margins, and inventory levels
Execute trade schemes, promotions, and branding/visibility initiatives
Ensure strong distributor and retailer engagement
Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotions
Key Requirements
Education: Graduate / MBA
Experience: 7–10+ years in apparel / sports / consumer goods/ footwear
Proven experience in handling distribution network for Gujarat/Madhya Pradesh/Rajasthan.
Strong network with distributors and trade channels
Leadership and team management skills
Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
