Role Description
The Area Sales Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in Kanpur, with some flexibility for remote work. The individual will be responsible for driving sales growth in the region, developing and managing client relationships, and achieving set sales targets. Additional responsibilities include market research, identifying new business opportunities, mentoring the sales team, preparing sales reports, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional products and services to customers.
Qualifications
- Proven capabilities in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
- Experience in Customer Relationship Management and Client Retention
- Strong skills in Market Research and Competitive Analysis
- Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Conflict Resolution abilities
- Proficiency in using CRM and Sales Tracking Tools
- Leadership experience, including coaching and mentoring sales teams
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales goals
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of fire safety products and industry trends is an advantage
- Willingness to travel within the designated area when required
