We are expanding our distribution network across India and are looking for dynamic sales professionals to join our growth journey.
Position: Area Sales Manager (ASM)
Key Responsibilities
Appoint and manage distributors within the assigned territory.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and expand the distribution network.
Generate secondary sales through market visits and retailer engagement.
Conduct joint working with distributor sales teams.
Identify new business opportunities in pharmacies, hospitals, institutions, and general trade.
Ensure proper stock availability and inventory management at distributor points.
Implement company schemes, promotions, and market activation activities.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
Submit timely sales reports and territory updates.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2-5 years of FMCG, Healthcare, OTC, Personal Care, Hygiene, or Medical Device sales experience.
Proven track record of distributor appointment and market development.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-driven and target-oriented mindset.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Existing distributor and retailer network will be an added advantage.
