Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in Kotdwara. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with clients. The role also involves leading and motivating the sales team, achieving sales targets within the assigned territory, and reporting on market trends, customer feedback, and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Ability to assess market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Strong leadership, team management, and motivation skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities for achieving sales targets
- Experience in the telecommunications or network solutions industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Willingness to work on-site in Kotdwara and travel for client meetings as required
