Role Description
Buland By Bash Cakes is seeking an Area Sales Manager for a full-time hybrid role based in Jalandhar, with partial remote working privileges. The Area Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day sales operations, develop strategies to maximize revenue, and expand market reach. Core responsibilities include managing customer relationships, developing sales forecasts, analyzing market trends, monitoring sales performance, and working closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment on business goals.
Qualifications
- Sales Management and Business Development skills, including understanding of market trends and customer relationships
- Strategic Planning, Sales Forecasting, and Data Analysis abilities
- Team Leadership and Collaboration skills, with experience in managing sales teams
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Problem-Solving abilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools, basic MS Office Suite, and other relevant sales software
- Proactive and motivated individual with the ability to work in a hybrid setting
- Experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
