Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolhapur for the position of Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing dealer networks, and ensuring sales targets are met. Key responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, monitoring market trends, reporting on sales activities, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize performance and growth.


Qualifications

  • Proven ability in sales and business development, account management, and establishing customer rapport.
  • Experience in dealer management, retail sales operations, and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Strong market analysis skills, including researching market trends and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Proficiency in communication, relationship-building, and leadership to ensure excellent collaboration with team members and clients.
  • Result-oriented mindset, organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
  • Relevant experience in the automotive or motorcycling industry would be advantageous but is not mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
