Are you a results-oriented sales professional with a knack for building lasting partnerships? A rapidly expanding AI platform—designed to bridge the gap between retailers, wholesalers, and manufacturers—is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join its team.
The Opportunity- Compensation: ₹5 LPA Fixed + 10% Incentive (on monthly revenue exceeding ₹2.5L).
- Flexibility: Work from home with local travel for client meetings (travel expenses reimbursed).
- Schedule: 6-day work week.
Your Responsibilities
- Strategic Outreach: Engage with key stakeholders via outbound calls to introduce our innovative AI solutions.
- Product Demos: Deliver compelling presentations (both virtually and in person) that address specific client pain points.
- Relationship Management: Conduct on-site visits within the Calicut region to foster trust and finalize negotiations.
- End-to-End Sales: Guide prospects through the entire lifecycle, from the initial pitch to successful onboarding.
- Data Integrity: Utilize CRM tools to track progress and manage your sales pipeline effectively.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: At least 2+ years in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Drive: A self-motivated individual who is fueled by targets and performance goals.
- Mobility: Must be willing to travel locally to meet with clients.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and digital sales tools.
