Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in Mumbai/ Delhi. The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, manage and expand client accounts, identify growth opportunities, and meet or exceed sales targets in the assigned region. Key day-to-day tasks include developing sales strategies, building relationships with customers, conducting market analysis, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves frequent travel within the assigned area to engage with clients and partners, ensuring long-term success for the organization.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
- Strong Communication and Negotiation skills
- Analytical and Problem-Solving abilities to identify market trends and opportunities
- Leadership and Team Management capabilities with a results-driven approach
- Proficiency in Market Research and the ability to interpret sales data
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the fitness or consumer goods industry, is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and manage field operations effectively
