Position: Area Sales Manager
We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in sales and team handling, with a proven record of accomplishment of success in the fintech, telecom, and logistics industries.
As the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 60+ FSEs (Field Sales Executives) and driving sales growth in the designated region. You will be responsible for creating and implementing sales strategies, managing budgets, and analyzing market trends to identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 60+ FSEs
Drive sales growth in the designated region
Create and implement sales strategies
Manage budgets and analyze market trends
Identify new business opportunities
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6+ years of experience in sales and team handling
