Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager, based in Delhi NCR. The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations within their designated territory, develop and implement sales strategies, and drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities include managing and expanding the distribution network, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, conducting sales forecasting, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves providing market insights, leading a sales team, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards and practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management, territory management, and creating sales strategies
- Strong skills in client relationship management and team leadership
- Proficiency in sales forecasting, data analysis, and setting measurable targets
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to on-site work environment in Gurugram and willingness to travel for business needs
- Experience in FMCG or food product industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
