Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Noida. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth in the assigned region by managing and developing retail channels, identifying potential opportunities, and building strong client relationships. The role includes executing sales strategies, monitoring market trends, meeting sales targets, and providing training and support to sales team members. The Area Sales Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales objectives with company goals.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Sales Strategy, Lead Generation, and Business Development
- Strong skills in Customer Relationship Management and Client Engagement
- Knowledge of Regional Market Dynamics and Consumer Behavior
- Demonstrated experience in Achieving Sales Targets and Performance Metrics
- Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation abilities
- Leadership and team management skills to train and guide the sales team
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in using sales tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the fragrance, skincare, or retail industry is a plus
