Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Area Sales Manager to join our team in Pune District. In this on-site role, you will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing sales strategies, and driving business growth in the assigned region. Key tasks include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and overseeing the performance of the sales team. This role will also require generating actionable insights through market analysis and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute strategic sales initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
- Experience in customer relationship management and client handling
- Proficiency in data analysis and market research to inform sales strategies
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Leadership and team management abilities to guide and motivate sales teams
- Organizational and planning skills to manage targets and deadlines
- Experience in health-tech or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
