Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar for an Area Sales Manager at Axis Bank. The Area Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales operations within the designated region. Key responsibilities include managing sales teams to achieve targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, establishing relationships with clients, monitoring market trends, and identifying new business opportunities. The role also involves ensuring compliance with banking regulations and delivering exceptional customer service to meet client needs effectively.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
