Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic Area Sales Manager to lead sales efforts in the Lucknow region. This is a full-time hybrid role, offering a mix of in-office work in Lucknow and remote opportunities. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with clients, driving successful sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities. The role also involves market analysis, collaboration with internal teams, and providing exceptional customer support to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sales management, client relationship building, and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and achieve targets
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of renewable energy or solar power industry trends and technology (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities
- Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis platforms
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment and manage travel as per business needs
- Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally in renewable energy or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline
