Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager, based in Bangalore. The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations within the assigned geographic area, manage and develop relationships with dealers, customers, achieve sales targets, and provide exceptional customer service. The role also involves analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities, preparing sales and forecast reports, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The individual will support the company's vision of driving innovation and sustainability in the glass solutions industry.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, with experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Expertise in customer relationship management and client retention.
- Proficiency in market analysis, identifying opportunities, and developing sales strategies.
- Ability to work independently, manage a team, and coordinate with cross-functional departments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA would be a plus.
- Prior experience in the automotive aftermarket industries preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the designated area.
