Role Description
We are seeking an Area Sales Manager for our operations in Rajasthan, India. This is a full-time on-site role. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations in the designated region, developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients and distributors, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market data, identifying business growth opportunities, monitoring competitor activities, and leading a team of sales representatives to ensure consistent performance and alignment with the company’s goals.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Customer Engagement
- Proficiency in Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Goal Setting
- Excellent Leadership, Team Management, and Communication Skills
- Ability to drive sales targets while fostering positive client and partner relationships
- Previous experience in the healthcare or wellness sector, especially in Ayurveda, is advantageous
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred
