Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Nagpur. The Area Sales Manager will lead field sales operations, manage customer relationships, and drive sales growth in their territory. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, implementing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. The role will also involve conducting market research, supporting marketing initiatives, and providing feedback to improve product offerings and sales performance.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer management skills
- Market research, competitor analysis, and business development experience
- Proficiency in presenting, reporting, and implementing sales strategies
- Ability to work independently, adapt to changing market demands, and strategize accordingly
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
- Previous experience in the fire safety or manufacturing industry is preferred but not mandatory
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
