Role Title: Area Sales Manager (Offline Sales)
Location: Delhi NCR, Full Time
We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Area Sales Manager to join our growing offline sales team at Anveshan. You will play a crucial role in expanding our retail footprint in assigned regions and driving revenue growth, while ensuring the brand’s mission of offering traceable, natural food products is upheld.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Achieve area-wise sales targets by effectively managing and motivating the field sales team.
- Execute sales strategies and plans in alignment with regional goals to expand the brand’s retail presence.
- Identify and onboard potential retail partners and distributors.
- Monitor and report on area-level sales performance, P&L, and inventory movements to the Regional/National Sales Manager.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and retail stakeholders.
- Ensure timely resolution of market issues and customer concerns to maintain satisfaction.
- Conduct regular market visits to track competitor activity and stay updated on trends.
- Train and guide sales representatives on product knowledge, sales techniques, and Anveshan's brand values.
Skills and Qualifications :
- 5–8 years of proven experience in FMCG offline sales (Can be negotiated for exceptionally talented candidates), preferably in natural or food products.
- Strong understanding of area sales dynamics, channel distribution, and field sales operations.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and manage area-level P&L.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting tools.
- Basic understanding of accounting and inventory software is a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
