Role Description
Hiring Area Sales Manager for a client to drive territory sales, manage dealers & sales team, ensure collections and execution. 3 to 5 yrs FMCG experience required; footwear experience preferred. Must be open to field travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and drive territory growth
- Manage and expand dealer/distributor network (10–12 dealers)
- Lead and mentor a team of Sales Executives
- Ensure execution of promotions and market activities
- Monitor collections, stock levels, and dealer performance
- Track competitor activity and identify market opportunities Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- 3 to 5 years of FMCG sales experience (distribution-focused)
- Strong experience in dealer and team management
- Good understanding of sales targets, collections, and market dynamics
- Experience in footwear industry is a plus
- Willingness for extensive field travel
