Role: Area Sales Manager | Location: Bihar | Dept: Sales & Business Development
About the Role
We're looking for a results-driven Area Sales Manager to grow sales, expand dealer networks, and drive market penetration for our electric two-wheelers across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B & B2C sales to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Identify and onboard dealers, distributors, and channel partners
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine strategies
- Train and support dealer networks on products and sales techniques
- Coordinate with marketing, R&D, and production teams
- Report on sales performance and represent the brand at industry events
Requirements
- Experience: 2–9 years in sales or business development (EV/automobile preferred)
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership
- Knowledge: Familiarity with EVs, battery tech, and market dynamics
- Travel: Frequent travel required
