Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Area Sales Manager at Ambrosia. As an Area Sales Manager, you will oversee sales operations, manage and expand distribution networks, develop and implement sales strategies, and achieve sales targets in your designated territory. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with retailers, distributors, and wholesalers, conducting market research for insights, and identifying opportunities for growth. Engaging in quarterly business planning and delivering presentations to stakeholders is also an essential part of the role.
Qualifications
- Proven sales management experience, with an ability to achieve and exceed targets
- Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship-building
- Hands-on experience with distribution networks and retail sales operations
- Ability to analyze market data and identify growth opportunities
- Proficiency in sales forecasting, reporting, and territory management
- Self-driven with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to travel as required for market visits and client engagements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- Experience in the food and beverages or FMCG sector is preferred
