Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with distributors and clients, and ensuring effective marketing and promotion of the company’s Ayurvedic products. Additionally, the role includes team management and training to enhance the efficiency and productivity of sales representatives within the designated territory. Regular reporting, market analysis, and identifying new business opportunities are also key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, with a focus on pharmaceutical or healthcare products
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Knowledge of Ayurvedic or herbal products is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
