Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in Panipat. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing a team of sales representatives, building strong relationships with clients, and driving business growth in the assigned territory. Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, generating leads, meeting sales targets, analyzing market trends, and ensuring compliance with company policies. This role also involves regular field visits, mentoring the sales team, and maintaining detailed sales reports.

Qualifications
  • Proven sales and business development skills, with experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Leadership and team management skills to guide and motivate sales representatives
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Analytical skills to evaluate market trends and sales performance
  • Proficiency in preparing sales reports and ensuring compliance with company standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or Ayurvedic product industry is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
