Job Title: Area Sales Manager Prime Vertical (Home Loan / Loan Against Property)

Job Purpose
To drive business growth in the Prime segment for Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) by managing channel partners (DSA/DST), leading a sales team, and ensuring high-quality portfolio acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers / Sales Executives for HL LAP products
Drive sourcing through DSA (Direct Selling Agents) and DST (Direct Sales Team) channels
Build and expand the Prime customer portfolio in the assigned geography
Achieve monthly and quarterly disbursement targets
Develop strong relationships with key DSAs, connectors, and channel partners
Ensure login-to-disbursement funnel efficiency and TAT adherence
Monitor team productivity, set targets, and conduct regular performance reviews
Maintain portfolio quality and ensure compliance with credit and risk policies
Identify new business opportunities and drive market penetration

Business volume (sanctions disbursements)

Channel partner onboarding and performance
Portfolio quality (low delinquency/NPA)
Customer experience and TAT adherence
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
7+ years of experience in Home Loans / LAP / Mortgage sales
Proven experience in team handling and channel management (DSA/DST)
Strong local market knowledge in Mumbai / Ahmedabad / Bangalore
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in Prime/LAP segment with reputed NBFCs/Banks
Strong network of DSAs and connectors
Target-driven with a track record of consistent performance
Ability to manage high-pressure sales environments
