About the Job:
Responsible for driving sales and business development of ACO Systems & Solutions by building strong relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, end clients. Achieves sales targets, generates leads, ensures product specification in projects, and handles technical and commercial negotiations. Conducts market research, monitors competitors, and coordinates closely with HO Bangalore across finance, logistics, design, and technical teams. Manages customer queries, ensures timely payment collections, and supports project execution and installations, maintaining ACO’s presence and reputation in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
- Promote and sell ACO Systems & Solutions in the assigned market region.
- Build strong relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, end clients, and the F&B industry.
- Achieve set sales targets (major KPA).
- Generate leads for potential projects and maintain market knowledge.
- Get ACO products specified in upcoming projects.
- Handle technical and commercial negotiations, price proposals, and follow-ups.
- Maintain CRM data and provide weekly sales, order, and payment updates.
- Address customer queries/complaints promptly; ensure no escalations.
- Ensure strict follow-up on payments and compliance with HO policies.
2. Market Research
- Gather market intelligence on competition, project opportunities, and technical data.
- Monitor competitor products, samples, and marketing activities.
- Provide data to HO for strategic decision-making.
3. Coordination with HO, Bangalore
- Finance & Accounts: Support payment collections, submit ledger confirmations, handle PDCs, LCs, and BGs.
- Customer Support & Logistics: Ensure smooth material dispatches, manage special procurements, and coordinate price proposals.
- Design & Estimation: Collaborate with technical teams and clients to finalize product specifications and assist in tendering.
- Technical Department: Support installation, oversee quality, and manage snag rectifications.
- Miscellaneous: Conduct site visits, meetings, and coordinate director visits or other ACO group personnel activities.
Candidate Profile
· Bachelor in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical preferred)
· 8–10 years of sales experience in building materials / allied industry
· Good communication, negotiation, and writing skills
· Sales planning and market knowledge
· Builds and maintains strong client relationships
· Forecasts sales, sets targets, and achieves revenue goals
· Monitors market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
· Updates professional knowledge through workshops, publications, and networks
· Works effectively in a team to achieve results
