Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager, located in Jaipur. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth within the designated region, developing strong relationships with clients, and identifying new opportunities to expand the customer base. Daily responsibilities include meeting sales targets, tracking and analyzing sales performance, training and leading a team of sales representatives, and providing timely insights and feedback to management. The candidate will collaborate with marketing and other departments to support promotional activities and ensure customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management.
  • Experience in Team Leadership, Sales Training, and Performance Management.
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with the diagnostic or healthcare industry is a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and design actionable strategies based on insights.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within the region for client visits and meetings.
