Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Senior Area Sales Manager to lead sales operations and expand market presence. The role involves driving revenue growth, managing key distributor networks, developing strategic sales plans, and leading the regional sales team to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive primary and secondary sales growth and achieve regional sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and business opportunities.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors, channel partners, and key accounts.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of Area Sales Managers and field sales teams.
- Conduct regular market visits to key customers, laboratories, hospitals, and distributors.
- Plan and execute product promotions, campaigns, and new product launches.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivables across the region.
- Prepare and review sales forecasts, performance reports, and MIS regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams for inventory planning, marketing initiatives, and business development activities.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Management (MBA preferred)
Experience: 5–10 years of relevant sales experience (preferably in IVD / Diagnostics / Healthcare industry
