Role Objective
Drive end-to-end project sales of sports infrastructure solutions, ensuring strong closures, collections, and pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Sales: Manage full cycle (Lead → Closure) for turnkey sports infra projects (₹2L–₹1Cr+).
- Sales Targets: Achieve monthly/quarterly targets and maintain a strong pipeline.
- Business Development: Generate leads from institutions, developers, resorts, clubs, and consultants.
- Solution Selling: Sell sports facilities (cricket arenas, football turf, courts, multi-sport setups) with customized proposals.
- Closures: Handle negotiations and improve conversion rates.
- CRM Management: Track leads, visits, proposals, and closures with timely follow-ups.
- Collections: Ensure milestone-based payments and coordinate with accounts.
- Coordination: Work with engineering, execution, and accounts teams for smooth delivery.
- Client Management: Build relationships, ensure satisfaction, and drive repeat business.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales, pipeline, and collection updates.
Requirements
- Experience: 3–6 years in Project/B2B/Field Sales (infra/real estate preferred)
- Skills: Sales closure, negotiation, CRM handling, communication, local market knowledge
