Role Description
The Area Sales Manager (ASM) – Rajasthan Jaipur will manage sales operations, drive business growth, and build long-term customer relationships in the assigned region. This full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, includes responsibilities such as meeting sales targets, developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and identifying new business opportunities. The ASM will also lead client meetings, oversee order processing, and ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and service coordination.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to drive business growth
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and achieving revenue targets
- Effective leadership capabilities and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain client relationships
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales management software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the HVAC or electronics industry is a strong advantage
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required
