We are looking for a driven Area Sales Manager – Modern Trade to lead sell-out growth across key LFR chains like Reliance Digital, Croma & Vijay Sales.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Drive store-level sell-out & achieve monthly targets
• Manage and enhance promoter productivity & performance
• Ensure strong in-store visibility, display & customer engagement
• Build relationships with retail partners & store teams
• Track sales performance, MIS & store productivity insights
🔹 Ideal Profile:
• Experience in Modern Trade sales & promoter handling
• Strong execution & analytical mindset
• Exposure to consumer electronics retail preferred
• Ability to manage multiple stores & drive conversions
