This is a high-ownership role for someone who understands FMCG distribution deeply and can drive strong on-ground execution.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete sales operations for East Delhi territory
• Appoint, manage & develop distributors and retail network (GT & MT)
• Achieve primary & secondary sales targets consistently
• Ensure strong market coverage, visibility & product availability
• Lead and monitor Sales Officers / field team performance
• Execute trade schemes, promotions & market activations
• Track competitor activities and market trends
• Ensure timely collections and maintain distributor profitability

💼 Candidate Profile

• 4–8 years of experience in FMCG food sales
• Strong hold in East Delhi market & distribution network
• Proven track record of achieving targets
• Team handling and leadership experience
• Good communication & negotiation skills
