Balwaan Krishi is expanding rapidly and looking for motivated, energetic, and result-oriented professionals to join our growing sales team as Area Sales Managers (ASM).
Location: Bihar
Role: Area Sales Manager (ASM) – Field Sales
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales channel development and expansion
• Dealer & distributor management
• Farmer engagement and field visits
• Product demonstrations
• Lead generation and territory development
• Achieving sales targets and driving business growth
Eligibility:
• B.Sc. Agriculture / Agri-Tech graduates
• Freshers can apply | Bike (Must)
• Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in agri-tech or agricultural machinery sales will be preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
