Role Description
Job Overview
Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories or segments
- Generate leads through market research, networking, cold calling, and customer visits
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective and existing clients
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/solutions
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM/CRM tools
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, technical support) to ensure customer satisfaction
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and promotional activities
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management
