- Own and deliver area-level sales targets across volume, value, and product mix while ensuring pricing discipline and policy adherence
- Drive sales of core glass and value-added products and identify growth opportunities across depots, customers, and product categories
- Ensure effective market coverage, manage key customers, improve retention and wallet share, and resolve escalated customer issues
- Lead, coach, and performance-manage Depot Sales Officers through joint visits, reviews, discipline, and capability building
- Drive uniform execution of approved schemes, monitor effectiveness, ensure compliance, and provide market feedback
- Coordinate with Commercial Leads – Depot Operations to ensure order fulfilment, delivery adherence, and balance sales push with operational feasibility
- Review depot-wise sales performance and MIS; conduct weekly reviews; manage inventory planning, credit limits, credit days, and collections
