Job Overview
Knoll Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to manage and grow the company’s generic pharmaceutical business in the Bhubaneswar and Cuttack region. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, distributor relationships, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage pharmaceutical sales operations in the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, stockists, retail chemists, and healthcare professionals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the generic product portfolio.
Monitor product availability and support secondary sales growth.
Identify opportunities to expand distribution and market coverage.
Conduct regular field visits and market analysis.
Track competitor activities and market trends.
Submit periodic sales and activity reports to management.
Support promotional and marketing initiatives in the region.
Eligibility & Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical generic sales.
Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical distribution network.
Experience in territory sales management.
Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred).
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
