Area Sales Manager – HoReCa / Institutional Sales
(Food / Chocolate / Bakery Industry)
We are hiring Area Sales Managers for two locations.
Locations:
📍 Indore Or
📍 Rest of Maharashtra (Role to be based out of Pune)
This is a B2B-focused sales role responsible for driving business across HoReCa, cafés, bakeries, restaurants, and institutional clients within the assigned territory.
The candidate must have prior experience in selling food products / ingredients to HoReCa or institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive B2B sales across HoReCa, cafés, bakeries, restaurants & institutional clients
- Develop and manage distributor network focused on food-service channel
- Build strong relationships with chefs, bakery owners, and institutional buyers
- Lead and manage 2–5 field executives
- Achieve territory sales targets and drive market expansion
- Conduct market mapping and identify new business opportunities
- Manage key accounts and negotiate commercial terms
Candidate Profile:
- 8+ years of experience in HoReCa / Institutional B2B sales
- Experience in Food / Chocolate / Bakery / Dairy / Food Ingredients industry
- Strong regional exposure (Indore / MP OR Pune / Maharashtra)
- Team handling experience (minimum 2–3 direct reports)
- Excellent communication & relationship-building skills
- Experience handling cafés, bakeries, restaurants or hotel accounts
Education:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
Compensation:
- CTC up to ₹22 LPA (includes 20% variable)
