About The Department
You will be part of the Cement India Service Sales Team who are dedicated to sell Spare parts (P&G, Feeder and packers) in assigned customer region. By joining this team, you will have the chance to work in a multinational organization and in an environment involving different cultures and different challenges.
About The Role
The Sales position is responsible for driving the Sales of our aftermarket cement industry. This is an individual contributor role working within our team reporting to the Head of Sales –Parts (North) and to Work closely with the Area Sales Manager in other regions. You will be working in Aftermarket sales to drive parts and service sales for Packer, feeder and cement plants
Your Responsibilities
- To achieve the yearly Sales target with budgeted contribution margin.
- Building customer relationship and intimacy through regular customer visits (plant and HO). Expected at least 30%-50% of time spent on customer visits.
- Implementing new innovative ideas and initiatives contributing positively to business.
- Co-ordination with stakeholders - Engineering, Services, Operations team.
- Negotiate with customers and finalize the orders.
- Should be conversant with department guidelines.
- Work along with peers for success of Sales.
What You Bring
- Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering with :5 to 10 years of experience.
- Knowledge of industry & cement process equipment and its maintenance with specific knowledge and working experience on spare parts and services.
- Proactive nature with effective communication & presentation skills in English and Hindi, written & spoken.
- Eager to travel, :100 days in a year should be spent conducting visits to customers.
- Ability to finalize and set commercial terms and conditions with customers.
- Pro-active, determined and dynamic. Good planning and organizing skills.
- Team player and good presentation skills.
- Conceptual thinking and Problem solving.
- Ideal residential location would be in India.
