About the Company

We are expanding our presence across South India and are looking for a highly driven Area Sales Manager to grow our institutional and project-based business.
Role Overview
We are seeking a result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive B2B institutional sales, channel partnerships, and project-based business in Karnataka and nearby markets. The role involves client acquisition, lead conversion, channel development, and revenue collections.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in building materials, sports infrastructure, construction products, real estate project sales, or institutional sales.
Key ResponsibilitiesB2B Business Development
- Develop new business through builders, contractors, architects, consultants, sports academies, schools, colleges, and corporates.
- Identify and acquire new institutional and project clients across the region.
- Drive project-based sales opportunities from enquiry to closure.
Channel & Partner Development
- Build and expand a network of channel partners, contractors, and consultants.
- Strengthen relationships to generate sustainable project pipelines.
Lead Conversion (B2C / Direct Leads)
- Convert company-generated leads through proactive follow-ups, meetings, and site visits.
- Conduct product presentations and solution discussions with decision-makers.
Proposal & Project Coordination
- Coordinate internally for quotations, technical inputs, and project designs.
- Present proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals effectively.
Revenue & Collections
- Track order closures and payment milestones.
- Ensure timely collections and revenue realization from clients.
CRM & Sales Reporting
- Maintain accurate CRM updates including leads, pipeline, closures, and collections.
- Submit weekly sales reports, pipeline updates, and market insights.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales within building materials, construction products, sports infrastructure, real estate, or institutional sales.
- Proven experience in project sales / channel partner development.
- Strong network with architects, builders, contractors, schools, colleges, or corporates is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and closing skills.
- Comfortable with field sales, client meetings, and travel.
