About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead and manage the sales operations of the company. The candidate should have strong leadership skills, team management capabilities, and experience in the construction or related industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, handling sales teams, managing lead conversions, and coordinating with multiple departments for smooth operational workflow.

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company sales targets and business objectives.
• Handle team coordination and ensure smooth communication across departments.
• Coordinate with HR, IT, Civil, Marketing, and other departments for operational efficiency.
• Monitor lead generation, lead conversion, and professional onboarding processes.
• Maintain and update sales data, reports, and team performance records regularly.
• Conduct timely reporting, daily updates, and team meetings.
• Prepare and share reports related to lead conversion, onboarding status, and sales performance.
• Ensure proper team discipline, office decorum, and professional work culture.
• Provide training, guidance, and development sessions to team members for performance improvement.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase business growth and market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, professionals, users, and business partners.
• Attend meetings with users and professionals for business growth, relationship building, and business expansion.
• Support field teams during client meetings, onboarding activities, and professional coordination.
• Assist the team in field operations to ensure smooth onboarding and conversion processes.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements for business expansion.
• Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Resolve customer and team-related issues effectively and professionally.
• Monitor team productivity and motivate the team to achieve high performance.
• Maintain proper follow-up systems and CRM/data management processes.
• Support management in strategic planning and decision-making for company growth.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion opportunities.
• Handle escalation cases and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
• Monitor and improve sales processes for better efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure proper coordination between office operations and field activities.
• Maintain transparency and accountability in reporting and sales activities.
• Generate new sales opportunities through networking, references, and direct meetings.
• Ensure proper execution of company policies and business standards.
• Add and manage responsibilities according to changing business requirements and company growth needs.
