Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Head based in Hyderabad. The Area Sales Head will lead and manage regional sales operations, oversee account management efforts, and drive sales growth. Responsibilities include managing a team, developing and implementing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, building and maintaining key client relationships, and ensuring organizational targets are met. The role demands collaboration with cross-functional departments to streamline processes and provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Candidate must have 3+ years of experience in loans
- Strong Team Management skills, including the ability to lead, motivate, and mentor diverse teams
- Experience in Account Management, including maintaining relationships and portfolio growth for key clients
- Highly developed Analytical Skills to interpret market trends, competitors, and performance metrics
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to strategize and implement sales initiatives
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the financial services sector or a similar industry is preferred
