Role Description
As an Area Sales Head at Urban Money, you will oversee sales operations within the Raipur region. This full-time, on-site role involves strategizing and driving sales growth, managing a sales team, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring targets are met. Responsibilities also include account management, analyzing market trends, coaching team members, and collaborating with lending institutions to create value-driven solutions for clients.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and achieve targets
- Proficiency in Team Management and leadership to coach and develop high-performing teams
- Experience in Account Management and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Sound Analytical Skills to assess market trends and optimize strategies
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Prior experience in the financial services or mortgage industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
