Role Description
The Area Sales Head will be responsible for overseeing and managing sales operations within the New Delhi region. This full-time, on-site role involves driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives, managing key accounts, leading sales teams, and implementing plans to achieve sales targets. The role also includes analyzing market trends, identifying business opportunities, and developing relationships with potential clients and partners to expand Prustel Living's reach.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with experience in setting and achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in Account Management and building long-term client relationships.
- Exceptional Team Management skills, with experience in supervising and motivating sales teams.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills to identify market opportunities and optimize business strategies.
- Proven experience in developing strategies for market expansion and revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
