Job Description – Area Sales Head (Thane Region)
Division: EWA Switches & Accessories

Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Head for the Thane region to drive sales growth for EWA Switches & Accessories business. The candidate should have strong market knowledge, channel management skills, and experience in electrical/electronics product sales.
Key Responsibilities
* Achieve primary and secondary sales targets for the assigned territory.
* Develop and manage dealer, distributor, retailer, and project networks in the Thane region.
* Appoint and support new channel partners to expand market reach.
* Conduct regular market visits to generate business opportunities and increase product visibility.
* Handle sales promotion activities, product demonstrations, and customer engagement programs.
* Coordinate with electricians, contractors, builders, architects, and interior consultants for business development.
* Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
* Ensure timely collection and outstanding management from channel partners.
* Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and territory development plans.
* Work closely with internal teams for stock availability, dispatches, and customer support.
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales of electrical or electronics products.
* Experience in switches, wiring accessories, lighting, automation, cables, or related electrical segments preferred.
* Strong channel sales and distribution management experience.
* Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Knowledge of the Thane and nearby market will be an added advantage.
* Graduate in any discipline; technical background preferred.
