At Burly Home Appliances, we're expanding aggressively and are looking for an entrepreneurial Area Sales Head to lead our growth across Delhi & Western UP.
📍 Location: Delhi HQ
💼 Position: Area Sales Head
💰 CTC: ₹8–10 LPA + Attractive Performance Incentives + Product-Based Rewards + Unlimited Growth Opportunities

🚀 Upcoming Categories:
• Kitchen Chimneys
• Air Fryers
• Induction Cooktops
• Infrared Cooktops
• Oil Filled Radiators (OFR)
• And many more exciting home appliance categories.
What You'll Be Responsible For
• Driving primary & secondary sales across the territory
• Expanding distributor, dealer & retail network
• Building profitable channel partnerships
• Leading retail activation, branding & merchandising initiatives
• Achieving ambitious sales and market share targets
• Monitoring competition and identifying new business opportunities
• Ensuring strong collections, inventory management & channel profitability
We're Looking For
✔ Proven experience in consumer durables, home appliances, electricals or FMCG sales
✔ Strong distributor and dealer network across Delhi, Ghaziabad & Noida
✔ Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
✔ High ownership mindset with a passion for delivering results
✔ Ambitious professionals looking to build a long-term leadership career
