We are seeking an aggressive, motivated Area Sales Executives to immediately hit the field, manage a critical sales territory, and convert qualified leads into long-term accounts. This role is about execution, discipline, and commitment to the full sales and delivery cycle.
✅ Candidate Profile & Mandatory Requirements
Experience - 2–3 years of proven B2B/Industrial Field Sales (Auto Ancillary/Component preferred).
Education - Graduate (Any Stream) or Technical Diploma.
Mobility - MANDATORY: Own a personal two-wheeler (bike/scooter) with a valid driving license.
Technology - Access to a laptop/internet cafe, and ability to use Google, Gmail etc
Mindset - Aggressive, target-driven, and highly motivated by financial incentives (The "Hustler").
Aptitude - Ability to quickly grasp and communicate technical details (Safety compliance, glass properties).
Presentability - Need to be able to present themselves in front of business owners. Well dressed
🎯 Key Responsibilities: The Daily Hustle
1. Lead Follow-Up & Aggressive Conversion: Rapidly follow up on all qualified leads and cold-call prospects, converting inquiries into profitable new accounts within the defined territory.
2. Strategic Field Engagement: Conduct daily, high-quality sales pitches and presentations to prospective clients including Bus Body Builders, Coach Body Builders, Spare Part Dealers, Glass Distributors and more.
3. Technical & Intellectual Dialogue: Act as a technical resource. Quickly grasp complex product specifications and effectively communicate the value proposition related to safety compliance and long-term durability to client engineering and procurement teams.
4. Pipeline & Territory Management: Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline, provide accurate forecasts, and report diligently on market intelligence.
5. Full-Cycle Commitment (Sales to Delivery): Be the professional face of the company during the crucial logistics phase. Travel to client sites to ensure smooth delivery, correct offloading, and final sign-off, often requiring attendance outside standard business hours.
6. Presentation & Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professional presentation and clear communication in every client interaction.
