Job Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM/ASE/SO)- Kolkatta

Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for an ASE/SO at La Pink in Kolkata . He/she will be responsible for managing sales operations, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned region. The candidate will play a key role in expanding market reach and ensuring business growth in KOLKATTA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the KOLKATTA region.
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities to expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and identify trends to optimize sales efforts.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve desired outcomes.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Prior experience in the beauty or skincare industry or personal care is preferred.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive strategic decisions.
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge Local Language is an added advantage.
