Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Executive- Powder coatings based in Rajkot. The Area Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners and customers, achieving sales targets, and defining strategies to maximize sales. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, ensuring client satisfaction, monitoring competitor activities, and preparing periodic sales reports. The role will also involve coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Account Management, and achieving revenue growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of market dynamics and competitor analysis in the Powder coatings or paints or FMCG industry
- Strategic planning, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in business tools and technology, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working under minimal supervision.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the Powder coatings, paints, construction materials industry or B2b sales is a plus.
