Area Sales Manager- Field Sales

Role Overview
This is a pure field sales role focused on supplements distribution and retail growth. You will be responsible for building the market, onboarding retailers, and driving sales across your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Cover assigned territory; visit chemists, pharmacies, wellness stores, gyms
- Drive primary & secondary sales of Revny supplements
- Onboard new retailers and distributors
- Generate orders and ensure stock availability & replenishment
- Maintain product visibility and shelf placement
- Build strong retailer & distributor relationships
- Track daily visits, sales, and collections
- Share market feedback (competition, demand, pricing)
Key Requirements
- 1โ3 years of experience in field sales (FMCG / Pharma / Wellness / Supplements strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of retail distribution and dealer management
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and expand market reach
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with extensive field work and travel
- Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree in any field
- Experience in nutraceuticals, pharma, or personal care products is a strong plus
- Experience in launching or scaling new products in a territory
